Tesco supermarket on Garras Wharf in Truro will re-open on Friday 12 April from 8.00am.
The supermarket closed on Satruday 6 April so improvement works could go ahead.
A spokesman for Tesco said the store will benefit from a new pizza counter, a Click and Collect service, Costa Coffee, Rowe's pasty counter and will introduce scan as you shop.
There will also be a new look to the deli, meat and fish counter, fruit and veg department, bakery, clothing, phone shop, and pharmacy.
The supermarket is open 24 hours from 6.00am on Monday until midnight on Saturday. Then 10.00am – 4.00pm on Sunday.
