A scaffolder has denied murdering a work colleague outside a village pub in South Devon. Jermain Maguire, aged 22, pleaded not guilty at Plymouth Crown Court to murdering Andrew Wingren in Malborough near Kingsbridge on February 2. Maguire, from Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff, faces a trial expected to last ten days on November 4. Mr Wingren, from Penarth near Cardiff, worked with Maguire for the same scaffolding hire company. He was released on conditional bail until trial.
