FREEMASONS belonging to Padstow's St Petroc's Masonic Lodge have presented £4,750 to 17 local charities and organisations.
At an event at Padstow Social Club the lodge's new banner was dedicated by Peter George, the provincial grand master of Cornwall, and blessed by the Reverend Canon Christopher Malkinson.
In addition, a cheque for £500 was presented by the Padstow Masonic Charity Trust towards the St Petroc's church building fund.
