Launceston's answer to The Pogues, Crowns, return to play Carnglaze Caverns

FOLK-PUNK band Crowns are to play an exclusive, underground gig near Liskeard on Friday, April 19.

The subterranean stage venue at Carnglaze Caverns offers superb natural acoustics, and a unique and atmospheric setting to enjoy this formidable live act.

Last year saw Crowns deliver a series of headline shows in London and the South West including a high energy set at Looe Music Festival in September to a 5,000+ crowd.

Their debut album, Stitches In The Flag, showcases the best of the Launceston boys' shanty-esque folk-punk racket, crashing mercilessly from verse to chorus and leaving little room to catch your breath. The anthemic In full Swing will no doubt have the audience bouncing off the cavern walls.

Supported by Plymouth-based Vince Lee & the Big Combo whose infectious blues-inspired foot-stomping rhythms have mobilised festivalgoers throughout the UK and Europe.

Tickets are available from: http://crowns-at-carnglaze.eventbrite.co.uk - only 400 available so don't miss out.
