A small Devon estate agency, which was named best in the South West for the third year running, claims its sales have risen by 40%. The Exeter and Topsham branch of Wilkinson Grant won the Estate Agency of the Year award, sponsored by The Times. The agency has now won an industry award every year since 2006. Joel Moore, manager of the Topsham branch, said it was completing 2012 with a 40% greater sales volume than 2011. He added: "There is no secret to the firm's success other than experience, market knowledge, innovative marketing, dedication and hard work."
