An elderly woman, injured in an incident in Camborne last Thursday, has died.
According to the police, she died from her injuries in hospital on Saturday.
Her family has been notified, although a formal identification has not yet taken place.
The incident took place at about 4.50pm on Thursday in Dolcoath Avenue, at the entrance to the Cornwall Council offices.
The woman, in her sixties, was in collision with a red Vauxhall Astra that was leaving the car park.
She was trapped under the car and had to be freed by Cornwall Fire And Rescue Service.
She was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro in a critical condition.
The road was closed for about six hours.
The police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
