The rain hasn't dampened the fire service responses today.
An accidental fire was being fought in a Wadebridge residential property this morning.
Appliances from Wadebridge and Delabole attended the fire caused by a cooker in a first floor flat.
The residents had vacated the property and escaped uninjured.
Then Truro firefighters were called to an industrial unit in Threemilestone this afternoon.
Both Truro crews attended and used a thermal image camera to assist them.
The accidental fire had spread to the roof of the property which firefighters then managed to control and extinguish.
