Organisers of the Santa Fun Run at Falmouth on Saturday are expecting up to 1000 Santas at the annual event. The run is taking place to raise funds for the charity Cornwall Hospice Care.
Last year 500 Santas took to the streets of Falmouth, filling the town with a sea of red and white.
A similar Fun Run, at Padstow on 8 December, raised £10,000 for the charity.
