Police are appealing for information following an incident in which a man was repeatedly struck around the head with a belt. A 20-year-old man from Plymouth was hit several times by an Asian man in the Armada Street area on November 18. The assault – details of which have only just been revealed – continued into North Hill before the victim was treated by paramedics. The attacker is described as around 5ft 6in, skinny to medium build, with short black hair and some facial hair, and aged in his 20s. He was wearing dark jeans with a black roundneck jumper.
