Gavin Cattle makes his first start in a month for the Cornish Pirates at Billesley Common against Moseley tomorrow (3pm) but the captain`s armband is retained by Laurie McGlone for the third game in a row, writes Dick Straughan.
The Pirates scrum-half takes over from Tom Kessell, who drops to the replacements' bench, and partners Aaron Penberthy at half-back who gets the nod over Kieran Hallett.
The only other change in the backs sees Exeter Chiefs loanee Sam Hill make a welcome return at inside centre where he will partner Tom Riley. However, Junior Fatialofa misses the trip after sustaining a cut head against Leeds last weekend, while Jack Nowell and Matt Evans have passed fitness tests.
Up front Ryan Storer comes in at loosehead for Paul Andrew and David Lyons starts at lock against the club he left in the summer. The back row is unchanged with another former Moseley man, Ben Maidment, at flanker.
Peter Joyce and Jack Yeandle provide the front row cover on the bench.
Last week Moseley suffered a disappointing reversal at the hands of Doncaster Knights, and they will be hoping to return to winning ways against the Pirates.
The home side make five changes, some enforced through injuries incurred at Castle Park. In the forwards, Adam Caves returns at hooker, and Ben Pons comes into the back-row. At fly-half Glynn Hughes returns to action after a month off with injury, and in the threequarters Charlie Hayter starts at centre, with dual-registered Anders Mogenson getting the nod on the right wing.
