The sights and smell of sizzling food and fresh Westcountry produce on offer had crowds swarming to this year's FlavourFest in Plymouth.
Thousands bustled through the stalls throughout the weekend with organisers describing Friday and Sunday as "bumper" trading days. Sunday shoppers enjoyed the sunshine while taking in cooking demonstrations from chefs while many battled the elements on Saturday to try everything from Cornish cheese to Devon fudge.
Holly Reynolds, one of the organisers behind FlavourFest, said they expected the attendance figures, which are released next week, to reflect the festival's best ever turnout.
She said: "It has been fantastic. It was our 10th year and the pressure was on to make it more successful than in previous years.
"Friday was a bumper day for sales and Saturday was still a sell-out. Many traders had to go home on Saturday night and make more produce as they'd totally sold out. We are really pleased."
