A wheelie bin was set on fire in a suspected arson attack in West Cornwall on Thursday night. A lone arsonist is believed to have targeted the industrial waste unit outside a Penzance Co-op between 11pm and 11.25pm. Penzance Fire Station received a call at 11.36pm, and sent a crew to tackle the blaze at the store's rear car park and rubbish collection area. Police said the male suspect was 5ft 8in, in his late 20s or early 30s. He was wearing a grey jacket and dark trousers.
