Ever wondered what the French think of us Brits? Wonder no more with the musings of archetypal "Frenchman", Marcel Lucont.
With his swarthy five o'clock shadow, dismissive gesticulations, glass of red wine in one hand and supercilious manner, Marcel delivers his opinions on women, relationships, drinking and other important topics. He is the epitome of Gallic wit, style and wine-slurping prejudice.
Marcel will be telling the audience at The George Hotel, South Molton, next week privileged they are to be in his company. So as raconteur, bon-viveur and author of What We French Think of You British and Where you Are Going Wrong, Marcel gives no quarter when it comes to dissecting British character and attitudes.
Marcel has appeared as a guest on Russell Howard's Good News on TV and is winner of the 2012 Amused Moose Award for the Best Comedy Show of Edinburgh Fringe and the 2013 Fringe World Award for Best Comedy.
He has toured the world with his dry wit, bawdy chansons and exquisite sex poetry, appearing at the Edinburgh Fringe, Melbourne Comedy Festival, New Zealand Comedy Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival, Adelaide Fringe, Great Britain, Singapore, Amsterdam, Croatia, Vietnam, Slovenia and Jersey.
Marcel Lucont appears at the George Hotel on Friday, June 14. Tickets £12 each of or four for three if pre booked at wegottickets.com/event/207682.
And a reminder that Lucy Porter brings her People Person tour to studio @ QT, in Barnstaple on Saturday, June 15.

Lucy is a regular face and voice on TV and radio panel shows including two series on Mock The Week. On BBC Radio 4 she is a team captain on the popular Act Your Age.
She has performed in America for NBC and HBO at their Las Vegas Comedy Festival and closer to home at Edinburgh Manchester, Glasgow and the prestigious Kilkenny festival.
