THE EDEN Café is opening its doors tomorrow for a free cooking event for people receiving out-of-work benefits, 11am-3pm.
Hosted by Fifteen Cornwall and comedian the Kernow King, the sessions will cover health and safety, basic cooking skills, introduction to ingredients and budget management.
Participants, who must be aged 16 or over, will also learn how to cook a health family meal and could pick up skills to help their search for work.
