The family of Caleb Hollow say they have been the target of thieves after his trampoline was taken from outside their Hayle home.
The 11-year-old was hit by a car in December while crossing Loggans Road to catch a bus to school and died in hospital almost a week later.
His trampoline went missing last week and police are now investigating the possible theft.
Officers believe the 13ft equipment was taken sometime between 9.30pm on Tuesday, February 26, and 10.15am the following morning.
The trampoline, worth £250, had been left outside the garden when it was dismantled and taken. It had been moved because the garden was being landscaped by Pirate FM and the Free Green Deal Company.
Also taken was a metal garden seat, worth £100.
Police believe both were taken to be sold for scrap.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101 quoting crime reference AY/13/180.
